"Products" refers to the floral arrangements, bouquets, and any related items available for purchase on our Site.

3. Order Process

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Orders placed after 7pm Monday to Saturday won't be processed the next business day but the following.

Prices for products are displayed on the site and may vary. All prices are in GBP pounds.

4. Payment

Payment must be made in full at the time of order placement.

We accept payments with PayPal or bank transfer.

All transactions are processed securely.

5. Delivery

We offer delivery services within Jersey between 9am and 6pm Monday to Saturday.

Delivery dates are estimated and may vary due to factors beyond our control. We are not liable for delays.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

6. Cancellation and Returns

You may cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it. Cancellations must be made via call 07797 820 037.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are generally not accepted unless the product is damaged or defective.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of our Site or our products.

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the order.
